Enquiries and project work
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship, engagement or obligation for either side. Any project, service, research engagement, commission, collaboration or consulting work will be governed by a separate agreement, proposal, statement of work, invoice or written confirmation between Thou Ārt and the relevant client or partner. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a project-specific agreement, the project-specific agreement will apply.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Payment terms are agreed separately for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, if a project is cancelled after work has begun, Thou Ārt may invoice for work already completed, time spent, costs incurred and committed resources.
